Qualifications:

BS degree in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.

A minimum of five years of experience in hospitality industry including two years in management (preferably Catering Management) is required.

Booking, selecting and costing menu items, pricing contracts, and resourcing temporary help and equipment experience is key.

The ability to supervise food preparation, service and clean up is also essential.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft office, internet, and email.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all customer services issues.

Manage all financials including budget development, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Manage cost controls and control expenditures for the account.

Plan and create all menus.

Purchasing and managing inventory.

Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Eurest marketing and culinary team.

Act as the direct liaison with the client.

Qualifications:

Culinary degree preferred.

Three years of culinary management experience.

High volume production and catering experience is essential.

P&L experience is preferred.

Previous experience managing cost controls.

Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.

Our Retail Managers are responsible for the successful retail/cafeteria operation of Food & Nutrition Services under the direction of the Director, Food and Nutrition Services. You will perform a variety of duties to include the planning and supervision of special functions, maintaining cash controls, payroll records, hiring and training of our hourly team members. The Retail Manager ensures customer satisfaction and good public relations through the safe and efficient uses of resources.Qualifications:

B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field; or A.A. Degree plus one (1) year of directly related experience preferred.

5 years of retail operational foodservice management experience

Good knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, marketing and presentation

P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable

Experience with cash retail operations

Retail marketing experiences are highly desirable

Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills

Good communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to communicate on various levels to include management, customer and associate levels

Knowledge of financial, budgetary, accounting and computational practices

Proficient computer skills to include; various computer programs, Microsoft Office programs, e-mail and the InternetGreat People. Great Service. Great Results.
