Job Summary
How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for providing operational, clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the site.
As an Operations/Administrative Assistant, you will:

Assist with organizing and filing daily paperwork
-
Assist with inventory and ordering as required
- Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice and assisting with payroll entry
- Process vendor invoices for payment - making sure there is no discrepancy in pricing
- Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of end of month financial reports
- Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required

Provide operational support to site managers as required

Administer and organize training for front line staff as required

Assist with support services audits as required
About you:
- Degree or diploma in: Office Administration, Food and Nutrition Management, Business Administration, or Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Strong verbal and written skills, with an ability to maintain good relationships with suppliers, staff, clients
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn various software programs quickly
- Ability to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and take direction/feedback
- Microsoft Office proficiency
