Job Summary

How you will make an impact:
As a site Supervisor, you will ensure the efficient and secure handling of all incoming and outgoing mail, supporting smooth communication across the organization. Your leadership will streamline processes, improve accuracy, and maintain timely delivery standards. By managing a reliable and organized mailroom, you’ll help keep daily operations running seamlessly.

 

As a Site Supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee daily operations related to mail, shipping, courier, and customer service functions across six client locations.
  • Supervise and support a team of 20+ employees, ensuring service levels and performance standards are consistently met.
  • Collaborate closely with site managers to maintain strong communication between staff, clients, and upper management.
  • Address and resolve customer and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Lead and support the team in identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality, reduce costs, and boost customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all operational procedures and disaster recovery plans are documented and regularly updated.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of mailroom equipment and facility needs.
  • Prepare and submit monthly performance and mail volume reports to management.
  • Process and reconcile invoices related to mailroom and shipping operations.
  • Participate in recruitment activities including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating new staff.
  • Serve as acting manager in the absence of the Site Manager.
  • Provide front counter assistance as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations.

  • Experienced in training new hires and supporting ongoing employee development.
  • Skilled in evaluating performance, providing feedback, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Proficient in scheduling, task delegation, and effective resource allocation.
  • Resolves employee and operational issues with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Maintains clear communication and fosters collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Prepares accurate reports and maintains thorough documentation for management.
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Continuously seeks and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency.
