Job Summary

The Accountant, Fixed Assets will liaise with operations and external suppliers on a daily basis and deliver results according to deadlines. They will be a motivated and results oriented individual.

Now, if you were to come on board as our Accountant, Fixed Assets, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Responsible for administration, accounting and reporting for assigned fixed asset 
  • Analysis and reconciliation of assigned fixed asset accounts
  • Responsible for ensuring all approvals are in accordance with Compass Group requirement 
  • Responsible for Dell leases (administration, analysis)
  • Complete analysis and queries as required by operations
  • Review Construction invoices to ensure all required documents and approvals are received.
  • Ability to handle tight time schedule
  • Involved in other duties and special projects as assigned

  • Currently enrolled in accounting designation program 
  • Accounting Degree or Diploma required
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a computerized accounting environment  
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented and willingness to learn
  • Able to work overtime when required
