Job Summary
Now, if you were to come on board as our Senior Business Analyst, Finance Projects, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex finance projects.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to define, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial systems, data, and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Document and map business processes, workflow diagrams, and data flows.
- Identify potential risks, gaps, and inefficiencies within finance processes and recommend solutions.
- Create clear, concise reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and support for end-users during implementation.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on finance-related projects.
- Proven experience in managing or supporting finance transformation projects (ERP, procedural changes, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of financial systems (SAP, JDE) and deep understanding of financial processes (GL, AR, AP, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing transformation changes in processes and
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Finance (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Experience with financial data reporting tools (Power BI, MS Power Apps) and advanced Excel skills.
- Bilingual in French is an asset
