Job Summary
As a Tim Hortons Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing, presenting, and serving food and beverages, ensuring quality, freshness, and proper presentation at all times. You will also be responsible for stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, and adhering to all Tim Hortons policies and procedures.
Key duties include:

Providing friendly and efficient customer service at all times

Performing cashier duties, including handling transactions accurately and responsibly

Assisting with baking and food preparation to meet daily demand

Stocking products and supplies in designated areas, ensuring rotation and food safety standards are followed

Cleaning all work areas, equipment, and dining spaces regularly to maintain sanitation and safety standards

Complying with all Tim Hortons policies and procedures, as well as safety and sanitation regulations

- You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
- Strong time management and organizational skills to be able to manage workload.
- Ability to work both independently and in team setting as required.
- Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Previous food service experience in healthcare, hotel, restaurant, or fast food is considered an asset.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position. Minor heavy lifting may be involved (up to 40 lb.)
