Important Information:  Must have previous cooking/chef work experience in a food establishment.  Previous camp experience is preferred.  Advanced Food Safety Training and Vulnerable Sector check required.  Must be available for the duration of the season April-September.  Accommodations available onsite.

The hourly wage for this position is $31.00. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Job Summary

How you will make an impact:
As a Site Manager for Mail Services, you will lead day-to-day operations across multiple client locations, ensuring timely, secure, and efficient handling of all mail and shipping activities. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline workflows, and enhance service quality. By fostering strong client relationships and implementing continuous improvements, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

 

As a Site Manager, you will:

  • Oversee daily operations for mail, shipping, courier, and facility services across six client locations, managing a team of 30+ employees.
  • Ensure service levels and quality standards are met through performance management, coaching, and process improvements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, staff, and upper management to maintain strong communication and service alignment.
  • Manage vendor relationships, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering to support operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and submit monthly performance, billing, and volume reports; reconcile invoices and manage records retention.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and mentoring efforts to build a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain up-to-date documentation, including disaster recovery plans.
  • Support district operations, including site coverage coordination and acting as backup for supervisors and the District Manager.
