Job Summary
This position is ideal for a creative and critical thinker looking to grow within People & Culture, with responsibilities including growth and retention initiatives and supporting general People & Culture Business Partner matters. The role will require coordinating key reports and developing resources to drive organizational success and efficiency.
Now, if you were to come on board as our Business Partner Administrator, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- People Development: Support with managing internal talent data and program execution to simplify tracking and enhance visibility to the greater People & Culture Business Partner team.
- Collaboration & Analysis: Coordination with COEs and delivery of monthly/quarterly dashboards and reporting on key initiatives such as Growth & Retention, Internal Talent, and P&C Programs across the business for Senior P&C Leadership Team and the Chief PCTO.
- Management of Business Partner Initiatives & Resources: Maintaining central resourcing strategy and simplifying access for Business Partner team. Support the connection between the P&C Centres of Excellence and the Business Partner Team with respect to data and information.
- General People & Culture Matters: Support with general People & Culture related inquiries, assist with workflow simplification within People & Culture Business Partner Team, and identify efficiencies/best practices to reduce potential organizational costs.
