Job Summary

 

Compass Technology seeks a Director of Enterprise Transformation to drive innovation across enterprise systems within Compass Canada. The director will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of solutions that enhance business performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The director will also collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to align the enterprise transformation strategy with the business objectives and vision.

 

 

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Director of Enterprise Transformation, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Define and execute the enterprise transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with the business strategy and priorities.
  • Lead the delivery of complex and innovative solutions that leverage SAP and other enterprise technologies.
  • Manage a team of developers and business analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback.
  • Ensure the quality, security, and compliance of the enterprise systems and data.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics for the enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Communicate and report on the progress, status, and issues of the enterprise transformation projects to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage risks and dependencies related to enterprise transformation projects.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies and best practices that can support the enterprise transformation goals. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and vendors.
  • Develop and manage the department budget.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact with Compass US and Global teams to deliver the mandate.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for technology solutions and best practices across the organization.
  • Leverage your expertise and experience to provide strategic guidance and direction to senior leadership on technology trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Present and communicate complex technical concepts and solutions to various levels of management in a clear and concise manner.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
  • MBA or other post-graduate qualifications degree are desired.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leading and managing enterprise systems projects
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S4 and the SAP ecosystem.
  • Ability to advise/guide senior leaders on SaaS, cloud, analytics, mobility, AI, and/or IoT
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality and innovative solutions that meet business requirements and expectations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with multiple and competing priorities.
  • Certification in SAP, project management, or agile methodologies is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of AWS, Oracle JD Edwards, Anaplan, or other enterprise platforms is an asset.
  • Experience building and managing teams.
