Title: Financial Analyst Corporate Reporting

Job Summary
This position will work closely with the Corporate Reporting Manager, FP&A Team, and Corporate Reporting team in reporting financial results.
Duties:
- Consolidate weekly forecasts and comments from FP&A Team
- Review and follow up on any outstanding variances
- Consolidate monthly prelim forecast
- Reconcile all reports
- Work closely with Accounting & FP&A Team to provide all necessary information for monthly reporting to Compass Group US. Specific reporting includes but not limited to:
- New and lost business analysis
- Like for like analysis and drivers
- Cause of change reports
- Travel Detail & OT/Temp Reports
- Emerging/New Subsectors
- Work with Corporate Reporting & FP&A Team to gather all necessary information for annual budget reporting. Reporting includes but not limited to:
- Capital Detail & Summary
- Assist in consolidation and reporting for mid-year forecasts & annual budgets from FP&A team
- Assist with preparation monthly financial reports (Sector Pack & ExCom) & presentations
Required Qualifications:
- Postsecondary education: Business, Accounting or Finance Degree or Diploma working towards a CPA designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and intermediate level functionalities (V-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
