Job Summary

The salary range for this position is $67,800 to $90,400. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role.Please note that artificial intelligence–based tools may be used at certain stages of the recruitment and applicant screening process.

 

We are looking for a technically skilled and detail-driven HRIS Reporting Analyst to support the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

 

Now, if you are to come on board as our HRIS Reporting Analyst, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Maintain HR reports and dashboards using data from UKG modules and workflows.
  • Create reports that would support core HR functions such as onboarding, recruitment, compensation, workforce management, benefits and payroll.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and anticipate risks.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions. Support upgrades.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and security standards are met.
  • Support system integration between UKG and other enterprise applications.
  • Work with P&C teams to ensure system configuration aligns with both standard business processes and collective agreement requirements.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and user support materials.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources Technology, or a related field is ideal.
  • 2+ years of experience working with HRIS systems (UKG, Workday, SAP, etc.) in a technical configuration or system administration role. UKG experience considered an asset.
  • Proven experience with reporting tool and strong Excel proficiency.
  • Solid understanding of database concepts and system integrations (e.g., APIs, SFTP, middleware).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
