Job Summary


Right now we’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator. This role supports the centralized marketing team in the communication and information flow between all internal business stakeholders/departments and the operations marketing team. This position ensures business initiatives and projects are delivered in full and on-time, driving incremental sales growth.


Now, if you were to come on board as our Marketing Coordinator we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Organize and schedule marketing-related activities for the Program Development team, Execution team, Design Team and sector stakeholders. 
  • Responsible for building the annual and monthly marketing calendar templates, declarations, which include all initiatives identified by the Sr. Marketing Managers.
  • Lead and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders and departments to ensure proper tools are provided, timelines are met, information is complete, and expectations are clear.
  • Ensure Navigator is updated monthly, accurate and includes all supporting materials and templates needed. 
  • Build & develop monthly marketing retail communications to support internal employee engagement app. 
  • Build & develop monthly social media calendar consisting of marketing programs, content trends and hashtags. 
  • Develop internal and external communication for various media on an as needed basis. 
  • Manage measurement tools that report on the impact of marketing strategies/programs.

  • Minimum of two years of experience in Marketing execution, administrative or Operations with a high level of accountability 
  • Bachelor of Arts Degree or a College Diploma in Marketing or General Business Administration.
  • Knowledge of retail marketing, merchandising, and sales.
  • Demonstrate highly effective communication (written/verbal).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and plan effectively working with multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows applications, including: Word, Excel, and Power Point.
