Job Summary
The salary range for this position is $76,400 to 101,900. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role.Please note that artificial intelligence–based tools may be used at certain stages of the recruitment and applicant screening process.

The Manager, Salaried Talent Acquisition will deliver integrated and innovative talent solutions to attract and recruit a diverse set of qualified talent.
If you were to come on board as a Manager, Salaried Talent Acquisition, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Reporting to the Senior Director Talent, provide tactical leadership and direction to a dedicated team of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists, Immigration Specialist and Talent Acquisition Coordinator
- Coach and mentor members of the team in order for them to develop and grow within the organization.
- Develop, lead and execute recruitment branding strategies focused on increasing Organization presence in talent markets
- Lead Salaried and Corporate Talent Acquisition, Immigration and People & Culture projects
- Oversee the execution of the Temporary Foreign Worker program.
- Actively lead the recruitment and selection processes for executive level positions.
- Coach and Partner with the People & Culture Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
- Follow up with new Associates and Hiring Managers after position has been filled to ensure satisfaction
- Identify future candidates, engage and maintain contact for future talent needs.
- Develop and execute People & Culture strategies in order to elevate the Talent Acquisition experience for stakeholders and business leaders
- Develop a “red-carpet” approach to the candidate and hiring manager experience with the People & Culture Business partners at the table.
- Create process improvements to candidate offerings and presentation.
- Identify and review market trends; analyze and apply this information to develop strategies for business sectors.
- Monitor business climate, trends in technology and development.
- Lead trials concerning new business initiatives, pilot programs; based on results, makes, recommends, and implements adjustments.

- Prior team leadership required
- Exceptional proactive sourcing and pipeline skills that include social media platforms
- Minimum of 6 years’ proven recruitment experience
- Driven to achieve results in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- High-volume recruitment experience, agency experience is an asset
- Exceptional communication skills, time management and attention to detail
- Solid Microsoft Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting
- Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System and HRIS
