Job Summary
The Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) plays a critical role as a strategic advisor to senior executives, shaping financial strategy and driving long-term business success.
Now, if you were to come on board as the Senior Director, FP&A, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Partner with and serve as a trusted advisor to the COO and other members of the executive team to deliver financial insights and guidance that drive growth, margin improvement, operational excellence, and long-term value.
- Provide strategic insights and financial modeling to support corporate initiatives, capital allocation and investment decisions.
- Translate business strategies into financial outcomes to support executive decision making.
- Deliver executive level reporting that highlights trends, market dynamics, risks and opportunities
- Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and business partnership for the group of sectors in Healthcare, Senior Living and Remote businesses.
- Deliver alignment of financial planning with the organization’s goals and priorities
- Ensure strong financial governance, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance and analytics team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive adoption of best in class financial systems, analytics and reporting tools to enhance insight and efficiency

- Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, CPA required
- 10+ years of work experience with a minimum of 7 years in FP&A and 3+ years in a leadership level role
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with the ability to get things done; be viewed as a trusted advisor of business leadership
- Proven ability to operate under pressure, to manage competing priorities and meet deliverables
- Demonstrated collaborative thinking, ability to build cross-functional approaches and consensus.
