Job Summary
The Senior Project Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the successful execution of our CD PMO programs. This individual will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment between cross-functional teams, monitoring project timelines, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and a solid foundation in project coordination within technology environments.
Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Senior Project Coordinator, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Project Coordination: Provide day-to-day support to the Program Manager, assisting in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project activities across multiple workstreams.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, facilitating clear and timely communication across departments.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and status reports. Assist in preparing regular reports for senior leadership.
- Timeline and Milestone Tracking: Monitor project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and that potential roadblocks are identified and escalated as needed.
- Risk Management: Support risk assessment processes, helping to identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables.
- Resource Coordination: Assist in managing resource allocation, ensuring that team members are aligned with project needs and that their workloads are balanced.
- Governance Support: Work closely with the governance team to ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in project coordination processes and contribute to the development of more efficient workflows.

- 5+ years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in technology or innovation sectors.
- Proven ability to support large, complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira).
- Problem-solving abilities, anticipating issues and proactively proposing solutions.
- Detail-oriented, focused on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, IT, or related field preferred; PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
- Growth mindset, adaptability, and a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement.
