Job Summary

We expect you to bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Platform, Infrastructure, or Software Engineering roles, with a proven track record of delivering resilient, scalable, and secure systems.
  • Deep expertise in infrastructure, automation, and software engineering principles, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize complex distributed systems.
  • The ability to lead initiatives end-to-end, set technical direction, and make high-impact decisions with minimal guidance.
  • A history of mentoring engineers, influencing cross-team technical strategy, and driving operational excellence across an organization.
  • A mindset focused on long-term reliability, scalability, and business value; not just incident resolution.

 

As a Senior SRE, you will:

  • Shape and evolve our platform strategy, working across observability, release engineering, automation, incident response, infrastructure management, development, and SRE advocacy.
  • Define best practices, create scalable self-service capabilities, and embed a reliability-focused culture in product teams.
  • Act as a trusted partner to engineering leadership, ensuring our platforms empower rapid, safe, and sustainable delivery.
  • Leverage the latest technologies in cloud and open-source ecosystems to build solutions that endure.

 

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING

  • Help grow and diversify our SRE team and discipline
  • Step back to see the big picture, and dive deep when needed
  • Design, build, and maintain automation for infrastructure, monitoring, and operations
  • Write high-quality, maintainable code to improve reliability and reduce toil
  • Build observability into systems from the ground up; make failure visible and actionable
  • Evaluate and integrate open-source and commercial tools to increase stability and insight
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure systems are instrumented, secure, and resilient
  • Document and share your work with the team and broader SRE community
  • Champion a culture of ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement
