Job Summary

We are looking for a visionary leader with a strong passion for hospitality and a commitment to service excellence to lead our Foodbuy Hospitality Account Management Team. This role carries full accountability for strategic direction, performance outcomes, and relationship management across a diverse portfolio of hospitality members—including hotels, casinos, golf courses, camps, and other travel and leisure-related organizations.

As the Senior Director of Account Management – Hospitality, you will be the driving force behind client success, cross-functional collaboration, and operational growth. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives, maximize procurement value, and ensure the seamless integration of Foodbuy programs across a variety of hospitality environments. 

Now, if you were to come on board as our Senior Director, Account Management - Hospitality we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing account management team.  Foster a culture of service, innovation and continuous growth.
  • Collaborate with Channel Directors to develop tailored business strategies that meet the evolving needs in the hospitality space.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance. Partner with U.S. and global teams to align on revenue goals and operational priorities.
  • Build trusted partnerships with hospitality clients. Lead contract negotiations, retention strategies, onboarding, and quarterly business reviews with a focus on influencing change and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with Foodbuy support teams and suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of programs that support culinary innovation, sustainability, and cost optimization.
  • Develop and monitor strategic initiatives that will drive sustainable revenue growth year over year. Identify business gaps and develop programs that meet member requirements
  • Strengthen supplier relationships to maximize commercial value and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Track KPIs including profit contribution, contract utilization, and run rates to ensure consistent value delivery.
  • Partner with internal teams to execute campaigns and initiatives that resonate with hospitality audiences and stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of hospitality trends—such as sustainability, wellness, and technology—to inform strategic planning and innovation.
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned.

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in account management or business development within a service-driven industry, hospitality experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success managing executive-level relationships and influencing strategic outcomes.
  • Understanding of hospitality operations, food service, and procurement dynamics
  • Strong people leadership and development capabilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% monthly to engage with clients and teams
