Job Summary
As the Sr. Manager of Innovation Implementation, you will take an action-oriented approach to scaling and rolling out innovations across all sectors of our organization in an accelerated 12-month term. This role is focused on operationalizing innovation and technology initiatives while ensuring seamless deployment organization-wide. You will lead the charge in bringing new solutions to life, going beyond research and piloting to create impactful, lasting change. Now, if you were to come on board as our Sr. Manager of Innovation Implementation, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
• Lead the rollout of innovation projects across multiple sectors, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to scale initiatives and drive adoption organization-wide.
• Lead change management efforts to facilitate smooth transitions, gaining buy-in from stakeholders and ensuring teams are well-prepared for new innovations.
• Establish key performance indicators and monitor performance, adjusting strategies to maximize impact and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and refine playbooks and processes that ensure innovations can be easily replicated and supported in all applicable areas.
• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during rollouts to ensure successful execution in each sector.
• Regularly report on the progress of innovation projects to leadership.

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience and knowledge of food service and hospitality
• Experience launching program strategies to implement new process models in an organization.
• Ability to communicate, motivate and interact with all levels of the organization.
• Influence without direct authority with the ability to manage up and across the organization.
• Understanding of Change Management
• Financial and commercial literacy
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• A desire to drive change and make an impact
• Ability to travel
• Bilingual is a plus
