Requirements:
This role requires 100% travel throughout Ontario. Reliable access to a vehicle is required.
*This is a part-time position yet the successful candidate needs to be available to work full 8 hour days (approx. 2-3, 8 hour days per week). Note: If travelling outside of GTA would spend continuous nights in a row at a hotel near the surveying site (would survey 4-5 days in a row).

Job Summary
As a Surveyor for Compass One Healthcare, you will:
• Conduct interviews with patients and residents.
• Coordinate travel requirements for site visits.
• Analyze and summarize data trends.
• Create final summary reports.
• May be opportunity to support other related projects.
