Job Summary
In accordance with provincial legislation and our commitment to transparent hiring practices, the compensation range for this position is provided. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Canadian work experience is not required. Pay range is $121,400 to $161,800
The Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness (OE) is a strategic and execution-driven leader responsible for shaping how Compass Canada operates, evolves, and scales. This role drives enterprise-wide process excellence, organizational design, and field-focused improvement initiatives to ensure we are operating with clarity, efficiency, and agility.
Now, if you were to come on board as our Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Own and maintain an enterprise process improvement roadmap focused on simplification, efficiency, and reduced field burden.
- Continuously review and optimize key corporate and operational processes (e.g., contract renewals, CARS, compliance, cross-functional handoffs).
- Establish a repeatable intake and refresh cycle to keep processes modern, efficient, and aligned to business needs.
- Partner with business units to standardize best practices and drive adoption through clarity and ease of use.
- Partner with the CPTO, COOs, and VP HR to redesign organizational structures for field efficiency, scale, and clear ownership.
- Optimize workflows and organizational efficiency post-UKG, aligning field and corporate roles and establishing governance, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement.
- Lead change management to support smooth transitions and strong adoption.
- Operationalize field feedback from CEO Breakfasts from regional input into a single action framework.
- Triage feedback into quick wins or strategic initiatives with clear ownership and timelines.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive action and close the loop with the field.
- Identify systemic issues and deliver enterprise-level solutions that improve the field experience.
- Mentor leaders across the business to embed organizational effectiveness practices.
- Create visibility and transparency into improvement efforts through dashboards, prioritization frameworks, and executive reporting.

- 10+ years of leadership experience in organizational effectiveness, operations, strategy, or transformation roles.
- Experience in large, complex matrix organizations; hospitality/food services experience an asset.
- Proven ability to design and optimize organizational structures and operating models.
- Strong process improvement expertise with demonstrated ability to build scalable systems.
- Skilled at balancing strategic thinking with executional speed.
- Exceptional communication, influence, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
