The hourly wage range for this position is $23 per hour Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Job Summary
Now, if you were to come on board as our Warehouse Supervisor, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with other departments to meet customer demands and resolve any issues that may arise
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations and performance metrics

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
