About The Role
Les principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :
Agir comme leader dans l’amélioration de l’expérience technologique au sein des opérations de Compass dans les secteurs du Québec.
Identifier les lacunes en matière d’efficacité et d’offres, puis explorer des solutions sous un angle opérationnel, marketing ou technologique.
Animer des appels et des rencontres avec les partenaires d’affaires afin de les conseiller sur les avantages des technologies pour favoriser la croissance et le soutien en restauration et hospitalité.
Diriger les activités d’analyse et de découverte pour les déploiements technologiques, offrir du soutien à la définition des solutions et recommander la meilleure solution technologique pour chaque projet.
Gérer les pipelines de projets, effectuer des calculs budgétaires, préparer des devis et offrir un soutien continu durant les déploiements.
Rechercher de nouvelles occasions et développer des analyses de rentabilité pour le développement de nouveaux produits, en collaboration avec l’équipe Produit de Compass Digital.
Coordonner les ressources internes, les fournisseurs tiers et les clients pour assurer des lancements technologiques réussis et une gestion continue.
Bâtir et maintenir des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI), en collaboration avec le/la gestionnaire principal(e), Stratégie et engagement numérique, pour soutenir la performance globale de Compass Group grâce à l’utilisation de la technologie.
S’assurer que tous les projets sont livrés dans les délais, selon la portée définie et conformément au budget.
Offrir du soutien ponctuel aux unités d’affaires des secteurs et agir comme point d’escalade pour les enjeux technologiques.
Offrir du soutien ponctuel au/à la directeur(trice) principal(e) de la livraison numérique – Canada, ainsi qu’à l’équipe de direction de Compass Digital.
Qualifications requises
Solide formation technique, incluant une bonne compréhension ou une expérience pratique de l’utilisation des technologies dans les opérations de services alimentaires, particulièrement dans les environnements Sports & Divertissement ou les camps éloignés.
Passion pour la nourriture et les services alimentaires — une qualification essentielle puisque chaque solution technologique doit être conçue et déployée avec le plus grand soin pour assurer une expérience d’hospitalité optimale.
Expérience préalable en opérations hôtelières (un atout).
Expérience en estimation, élaboration de solutions technologiques et compréhension approfondie du domaine des services alimentaires.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale, ainsi qu’une grande capacité d’écoute.
Expérience démontrée comme gestionnaire de projet, analyste d’affaires et/ou en ventes — idéalement dans le secteur des technologies de l’information.
Solides compétences organisationnelles, incluant le sens du détail et la capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
Capacité à voyager au Canada entre 30 % et 40 % du temps, en plus de déplacements fréquents dans la grande région de Montréal.
Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Office et Smartsheets.

- Hybrid: 3 in Office Days - Toronto (72 Fraser Avenue) or Mississauga ( 1 Prologis Blvd) - Quebec residents, this opportunity will be remote.
- Travel Required: 30-40%

The primary duties are as follows:
· Serve as a leader in improving the technology experience within Compass operations in the Quebec sectors
· Identify gaps in efficiencies and offerings and explore solutions from an Operations, Marketing, and/or technical perspective
· Host calls and meetings with business partners to consult on the benefits of technology in relation to food and hospitality growth and support
· Lead project discovery activities for technology deployments, provide solutioning support, and determine the best technology solution for the project.
· Manage project pipelines, provide budget calculations, provide quotations, and serve as project support during deployments.
· Research opportunities and create business cases for new product development, work closely with the Compass Digital Product team for key product improvements.
· Coordinate internal resources, third parties and clients for successful technology launches and management
· Build and maintain Key Performance Indicators along side the Sr. Manager, Digital Strategy & Engagement to continue to nurture Compass Group performance (via utilization of technology)
· Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
· Provide ad-hoc support to businesses within the sectors and act as an escalation point for technology concerns and issues.
· Provide ad-hoc support to Sr. Director of Digital Delivery – Canada, and the Compass Digital leadership team
Qualifications include:
· Good technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience on how technology can be utilized in food service operations, especially in Sports & Entertainment and/or Remote Camp operations.
· A passion for food & food service – This is a critical qualification as each technology solution we provide must be created and deployed with the highest level of care to ensure the hospitality experience is optimal
· Previous Hospitality operations experience is preferred
· Experience with technology quoting, solutioning and understanding of Food service
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with equally good listening skills
· Proven working experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst and/or Sales - Preferably in the Information Technology sector
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
· Able to travel within Canada 30%-40% of the time
· Advanced experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Office and Smartsheets
