Job Summary
How you will make an impact:
As our IT Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to guru for all things tech, ensuring our operations run seamlessly.
As an IT Coordinator, you will:
• Respond to requests for technical assistance with Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Bypass/Clover systems, and more. You’ll be the knight in shining armor for our staff!
• Educate yourself on our IT & POS solutions, and develop training plans and documentation to empower our users.
• Provide crucial support on game days and events, configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting POS hardware, network printers, and devices. Your expertise will keep the action flowing smoothly!
• Build strong relationships with various departments like Premium, Concessions, and Accounting to create consistent and efficient tech solutions.
• Analyze problems, develop action plans, and drive resolutions, ensuring everyone stays informed and supported.
• Oversee the IT department, scheduling, payroll, vacation approvals, and fostering a collaborative environment. You’ll be a guiding force for your team!
About you:
• 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• A diploma in technology or equivalent experience—your background speaks for itself!
• Advanced skills in Windows and Microsoft Office suite, plus a solid understanding of computer software and hardware.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Independent, flexible, self-motivated, and ready to be a team player!
• Evening and weekend availability is a must.
• Experience with Clover POS systems and Smart Serve certification are great assets!
