CANTEEN | A COMPANY BUILT ON PEOPLE, CULTURE, AND RESULTS
At Canteen, our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) do more than create opportunities—they create momentum. As the first connection in our sales process, SDRs open doors with purpose, turning insight, data, and persistence into meaningful conversations that drive real business growth.
They are storytellers and connectors who introduce Canteen’s people-first culture to organizations across Canada, helping future clients discover how our breakroom, micro-market, and coffee solutions make workplaces thrive.
If you’re naturally curious, driven by goals, and fluent in French and English, this is your chance to build a high-impact sales career while helping shape the future of workplace hospitality.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Find new business leads by reaching out through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other creative ways.
- Research and personalize outreach using data, AI insights, and industry knowledge to connect with the right buyer audience and decision-makers.
- Set up meetings with qualified prospects by working with Regional Sales Directors and Business Development teams to help drive pipeline growth.
- Execute outreach plans with focus, good time management, and accurate CRM updates.
- Use technology like CRM and other sales tools to organize your outreach, prioritize leads, and record your activities.
- Share ideas and feedback to improve outreach strategies.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
- Engage in self-assessments, coaching and continuous learning, applying feedback and new skills to improve performance.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (required)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1–2 years of outbound prospecting or business development experience (preferred)
- Proven success booking meetings in a high-volume, multi-channel environment
- Experience with CRM tools, Outlook, Excel, and sales enablement platforms
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal
- Strong organization, self-discipline, and ability to manage time effectively
- Confidence in handling objections and engaging decision-makers with curiosity and empathy
- A continuous improvement mindset—open to feedback, training, and innovation
WHY CANTEEN
Canteen is powered by people who believe in making work better. We celebrate diversity, curiosity, and collaboration—and our SDRs embody that every day. Here, your success is measured not just by activity, but by impact: the quality of your outreach, the strength of your partnerships, and the opportunities you help create.
You’ll receive top-notch training, access to industry-leading tools, and a supportive team culture focused on growth and excellence.
