Job Summary
Location: 740 Progress Ave, Scarborough, ON
The salary range for this position is $48,000 to $50,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Further details regarding our total rewards program will be shared by the Talent Acquisition team during the hiring process. Canadian work experience is not a requirement for this role.Please note that artificial intelligence–based tools may be used at certain stages of the recruitment and applicant screening process.
The Workplace Ambassador, will serve as the point of contact and will provide support the unit with administrative duties.
Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Workplace Ambassador , we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Clean white boards as required
- Straighten up office furniture in-between meetings and as required
- Check equipment to ensure in working condition and place calls for necessary repairs
- Keep spaces clean and organized (i.e. wipe counters and microwaves)
- Order coffee and other needs. Ensure par levels
- Load and empty dishwashers as required
- Present catering menu options upon request
- Set-up meeting rooms for catering needs and clean up
- Ensure an ongoing availability of stationery and photocopy paper supplies as required by the business
- Responsible for all photocopier/printer/fax problems and provide access to the floor for repairs
- Main point of contact for all incoming office mail and special deliveries
- Sort mail daily
- Will conduct daily floor for maintenance checks (lights and carpet stains) ensuring a high standard of up-keep and placing calls for all necessary repairs
- Will provide access to floor for maintenance vendors as needed

- 1+ years experience in office administration/coordinator
- Post-secondary diploma in related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Great computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Must have strong organizational and customer service skills
- Excellent people skills with strong time and project management skills
- Must have a positive "can do" attitude
