Job Summary

If you were to come on board as one of our Bilingual Digital Artist, we’d ask you to do the following for us:


•    Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various platforms, including websites, social media, print materials, advertisements, and product packaging.
•    Collaborate with the branding team and the client to develop marketing materials, and digital assets that reflect the company and client’s vision.
•    Translate design concepts in French and adapt visual communication for diverse audiences, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
•    Assist in the creation of visual content for multilingual marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone across multiple languages.
•    Design and create visuals for website assets, printed products and digital ads, reporting on customer engagement and interaction inclusive of customer and client satisfaction but not limited to.
•    Collaborate with the client, branding, and product teams to deliver creative visuals that align with business goals and strategies.
•    Ensure designs meet technical requirements for both print and digital outputs.
•    Maintain awareness of design trends, tools, and techniques, continually improving design skills.
•    Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
•    May be required to Travel to multiple units across country

 

Think you have what it takes to be a Bilingual Digital Artist? Here’s how we’ll know you will be successful: 


•    Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Canva etc.).
•    Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across both digital and print media.
•    Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
•    Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take creative direction.
•    Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of design principles.
•    Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
•    A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
•    Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
•    Experience with UI/UX design for mobile apps or websites.
•    Ability to design for both traditional and digital platforms (e.g., social media, e-commerce, product packaging, etc.).
