Overview
As Transformation Manager, you are a key driver of value creation within the Compass–NL Health Services Vested Support Services Agreement. This is an execution role with real accountability as the linchpin in a rigorous transformation process designed to drive continuous improvement, implement innovation, and generate measurable cost savings through process optimization.

 

Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Transformation Manager, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Provide stewardship and operationalize the transformation strategy ensuring alignment with our Vested agreement, including Governance, Desired Outcomes, Objectives, and Pricing Model.
  • Maintain ownership of the full transformation lifecycle and pipeline - from idea intake to value realization:
    • Manage multiple priorities through understanding the dynamics of the operations teams and the OneTeam relationship
    • Structured project portfolio management to sustain initiative volumes and ensure measurable outcomes
    • Project intake, evaluation and governance
    • Project planning, baselining, tracking and reporting with clarity and integrity while supporting committees and operational departments, and building strong relationships across the Vested partnership
    • Develop and apply management and measurement frameworks
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and communicate with clarity and purpose ensuring mutual understanding of goals, resources, constraints, risks, and results.

  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Project Management, LEAN/Six Sigma, or Change Management certification an asset
  • 5 - 7 years in transformation, innovation, operational excellence, or contract performance
  • Strong experience in environments with shared accountability or public-private partnerships
  • Proven ability in project tracking, data analysis, and structured reporting on cost savings from operational change
  • Confident communicator with strong facilitation and cross-functional engagement skills
  • High-level organization and attention to detail
  • Strong financial acumen - able to understand cost drivers, ROI, and shared value logic
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver at a tactical level
  • Self-motivated and keen learner
