Job Summary
Location: Confederation Building, St John's. NL
Schedule : Monday to Friday
Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Food Services Managers, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Manage a team of 5 employees, including hiring and training.
- Provide guidance and support in all aspects of the kitchen and customer service.
- Provide direction for catering and restaurant sales from two venues, to maximize client and customer satisfaction.
- Manage food cost, conduct audits and inventories.
- Ensure a great culinary focused offer in the units.
- Ensure Health and safety compliance.

- Post-secondary education plus at least three years of related food service management experience in a business/corporate dining setting and retail environment.
- Food safe certified.
- Superior client relationship skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
