Job Summary
The Regional Vice President (RVP), East Coast Catering (ECC) is the senior operational and business leader accountable for contract performance, financial results, safety, culture, and client satisfaction across ECC’s portfolio. The RVP serves as the primary operations interface with key clients, joint-venture partners, boards, industry organizations, and internal senior leaders.
Leading a portfolio of remote and offshore operations, this role drives operational performance, protects critical relationships, and sustains ECC’s unique culture. This role requires a relationship-driven, collaborative leader with strong operational discipline, executive presence, and sound judgment aligned to ECC’s values.
Now, if you were to come on board as a Regional Vice President, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Provide overall leadership for operational, financial, HSEQ, and service performance across all ECC sites
- Deliver financial outcomes, including budget achievement, unit cost targets, and contract-driven cost savings initiatives
- Provide executive oversight for contract renewals, extensions, rebids, negotiations, and scope management, including subcontractor performance
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational, financial, and contractual matters
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships and delivering against agreed satisfaction metrics
- Lead weekly and bi-weekly senior leadership meetings and participate in quarterly board and partnership meetings
- Provide executive engagement with Indigenous and regional partnerships (IDLP, Amik, MD, LDLP)
- Represent ECC at industry events, conferences, and public speaking engagements
- Oversee ownership of the ISO 9001:2015 system
- Travel regularly to client sites to ensure KPI delivery, cost and labour reviews, and operational visibility
- Lead and develop a leadership team of 4–5 direct reports and an overall workforce of up to 500 employees, in alignment with organizational policies and applicable legislation

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and senior leadership experience will be considered.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including regional or multi-unit operational oversight, preferably within food service, hospitality, or remote/offshore site environments.
- Must be based locally in Newfoundland or within the East Coast region
- Demonstrated experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and managing complex operations across multiple locations.
- Strong background in client-facing leadership, contract management, and performance accountability within relationship-driven service environments.
- Experience in offshore, remote, or industrial catering operations strongly preferred; hospitality or hotel operations experience considered an asset.
- Ability to travel 25–50% within the assigned territory and across sites.
