About the Role
Job Summary
Now, if you were to come on board as our Director, HR Business Partner, we'd ask you to do the following for us:
- Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, including workforce planning, organizational design, and change initiatives.
- Coach and develop leaders, build talent pipelines, and drive a culture of high performance, growth, and continuous feedback.
- Foster an inclusive, engaging employee experience by championing well-being, recognition, and strong employee relations.
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making, monitor organizational health, and improve HR programs and practices.
- Support digital and technology team growth by enabling scalable people solutions and workforce evolution.
- Lead the adoption and communication of change initiatives to ensure alignment, engagement, and long-term success.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated programs in talent, performance, and employee engagement.
Think you have what it takes to be our Director, HR Business Partner? We're committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here's how we'll know you'll be successful in the role:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years in an HRBP or leadership role supporting digital/technology teams.
- Strong business acumen with proven success in organizational design, talent management, and leadership coaching.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Deep knowledge of Canadian employment law; North American or global experience is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; CHRP/CHRL designation preferred.
- Ability to work on-site 4 days per week across Toronto and Mississauga offices.
