Job Summary

How you will make an impact:
You will be responsible for effectively leading store associates in customer service, product knowledge and store operations.

As a Gameday and Events Retail Supervisor, you will:

  • Assist the retail manager with all store duties including opening and closing the store
  • Ensuring that the store and company polices are upheld
  • Supervise the functioning of the hourly associates  
  • Training new staff and managing the work schedules of the team
  • Operate a POS system and troubleshoot any issues
  • Effectively delegate duties to associates, and supervise productivity
  • Assist in merchandise cycle counts and store physical inventory
  • Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock and orders are fulfilled from warehouse
  • Maintain store's cleanliness and health and safety measures
  • Responsible for maintaining and displaying and promoting merchandise to help generate sales
  • Create a professional, and engaging work environment

 

About you:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales or retail experience is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a face paced environment
  • Availability to work extended hours when needed
  • Able to sit, stand, reach, bend and move for job responsibilities
  • Open to potentially working in various weather elements, as needed
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Solution oriented
  • Ability to work events that may include days, nights, weekends, and occasionally holidays
