New Hire Schedule: 7:00 am to 3pm 5 days a week Monday to Friday

Job Summary

How you will make an impact:
You will serve as the point of contact through the Pantry space and is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives and staff members at all times whilst providing support for the unit with administrative duties.

 

As a Pantry Assistant, you will:

  • Provide high-level internal and external customer support 
  • Greet employees and visitors, escort all VIP guests
  • Manage multiple corporate floors and employee lounge areas. 
  • Support executives onsite to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any issues. 
  • Setup conference rooms, including regular maintenance of white boards; may also involve occasional heavy lifting. 
  • Manage supplies, tidy café, and meet with vendors.
  • Setup and cleanup of catering/refreshment orders.
  • Empty dishwashers and return clean dishes to cupboards. 
  • Inspect facilities daily, checking for stains, lights, and repairs.

 
About you:

  • Relevant post-secondary education and 1-year of experience in office administration required. 
  • Strong skills in time management, organization, and project management. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the willingness to be flexible.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
