As the Venture Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of CDV. We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate with a strong focus on Operational Excellence and Process Management. This individual will be crucial in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our innovation engine by managing key operational initiatives, supporting team member development, and driving consistency across all internal processes.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities

End to End Operations Program and Process Management:
-
Serve as the central point of contact for all CDV initiatives, managing the pipeline through the entire lifecycle from concept to pilot and hand-off.

Oversee the innovation pipeline, ensuring projects are on track with defined timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Maintain and operate CDV’s innovation playbook, ensuring all team members are following a standardized, repeatable process.

Team Accountability & Alignment:

Ensure all teams—Innovation, Partnerships, and Build Ops—are held accountable for their deliverables.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards a shared vision.

Proactively identify and address bottlenecks or blockers that could derail a pilot's progress.

Strategic Planning & Roadmapping:

Work closely with the CDV Director to translate strategic goals into a clear, actionable roadmap and project plans.

Provide regular reporting on the health and progress of the pilot portfolio, using data to inform strategic decisions.

Showcasing Success & Data Management:

Lead the measurement and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate the health and impact of our innovation engine.

Track and report on key metrics, including the number of startups we meet, new partnerships established, and active pilots.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide a clear, compelling narrative of CDV's success and contributions to the business.
