The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $190,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. Job Summary

As the Regional Vice President, (RVP) of Levy, you will be the business owner for the western region, balancing strategic growth with operational excellence.  Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional client leadership and the ability to lead multi site operations within a large, matrixed organization.

  • Own the Western Canada growth agenda by shaping and executing a regional strategy aligned with Levy Canada’s national priorities
  • Drive new business development and account retention, including strategic planning, proformas, contract renewals, and executive-level sales presentations.
  • Partner with Growth, Retention, and Strategic Alliance teams to win, retain, and expand key Western accounts.
  • Build and strengthen strategic regional partnerships that enhance Levy’s competitive advantage and market presence.
  • Develop and execute a Western Canada strategic roadmap that drives sustainable growth and operational consistency
  • Act as a regional brand steward, ensuring Levy’s reputation for quality, innovation, and excellence is consistently delivered across the region
  • Leverage regional market insights to anticipate trends, disrupt traditional models, and position Levy as the hospitality partner of choice in Western Canada.
  • Lead and inspire multi-site leadership teams ensuring consistent execution, accountability and performance.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering an inclusive and empowered culture that leverages people, processes and technology to drive efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Own the regional business plan and operating budget for Western Canada, driving revenue growth, profitability, and shareholder value while monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements, Compass Group Canada policies, and Levy standards, proactively identifying and mitigating operational, financial, and health & safety risks.
  • Lead the senior client relationship for key Western Canada accounts, ensuring expectations are exceeded and partnerships strengthened.
  • Collaborate with Support Departments and represent Levy as a regional industry ambassador, engaging with clients, partners, and industry forums to elevate Levy’s presence and influence

What it takes (Your amazing skills)

  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 10+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Preferred industry background in Sports, Entertainment, and Leisure venues
  • A proven ability to lead complex, multi site operations
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Exceptional and relationship building
  • A master communicator and storyteller
  • A driven Relationship Architect who connects people with exceptional outcomes
  • A proactive and results oriented thinker
  • Willingness to travel (up to 40%)
