Title: Maintenance Coordinator

Job Summary

Now, if you were to come on board as our Maintenance Coordinator, we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Plan & schedule maintenance (GMP environment)
Build weekly and shutdown schedules, prioritize CMMS work orders by criticality, coordinate with Production/QA/Validation to minimize downtime, and ensure required permits and risk assessments (LOTO, hot work, confined space) are in place. - Own documentation & audit readiness
Ensure timely work-order closeout with complete attachments (as-found/as-left, test results, cleaning/hygiene/pest-control logs), uphold GDP standards, keep CMMS data accurate (equipment histories, routes, frequencies), and prepare routine reports for internal/health authority inspections. Ensure proprer Contract Gouvernance . - Manage contractors end-to-end & drive HSE compliance
Onboard and brief vendors, align scopes and schedules, verify training/inductions, oversee daily execution and housekeeping, enforce site EHS requirements, validate quality of work, and lead performance reviews/escalations with suppliers. - Optimize CMMS planning & backlog control
Build detailed job plans and look-ahead schedules, estimate task durations, sequence work around production windows, field-verify scopes, and keep the backlog groomed with clear priorities, constraints, and “ready-to-work” status. - Stakeholder communication & vendor administration
Lead daily/weekly maintenance huddles and outage communications, issue clear contractor work packs, coordinate site access/inductions, and support SOW/PO setup and invoice verification against completed work.

- Minimum of one-year front-line customer-service experience, plus overseeing the maintenance and repair of building systems and office equipment or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Post- secondary education
- GMP experience an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
