FAQS: APPLICATION PROCESS


To apply for positions with Compass Group USA (hourly, early/mid-level management and professional positions) and Compass Group Canada (hourly and salaried positions), applications/resumes must be submitted through our online process. You may click on "Apply" and complete your online application to be considered for a position at Compass Group. Online applications accepted only.

Yes, an e-mail address is required to apply for a position with Compass Group. You will be notified via e-mail to confirm your successful submission of a job application and other critical communication throughout the hiring process.


You can set up an e-mail address with any provider of your choosing. Click here to instructions on how to set up a G-mail account.


You will need a device with an internet connection. As a SAS solution, the website is compatible with any browser, however, your local network or computer specifications could impact overall performance. We recommend using Mozilla Firefox browser, if possible.


A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address once you have completed the online application process for a specific position.


You can view and also apply via mobile devices (iPhone, Android, iPad, and tablets). Please note that computers are also available at most public libraries and/or your local Job Link Center.


External Candidates:

On the careers page click on the "Sign In" option in the top right corner. Once you are on the log in page, enter your e-mail addresss in the e-mail field and click "Forgot Password". You will receive the following message:

"If an account matches the information you entered, then you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive an email then no matching account was found for the information you provided. Please create a new account"

You should immediately receive an e-mail with instructions on how to reset your password.
