How do I apply for a position at Compass Group/its sectors (Chartwells, Bon Appétit, TouchPoint, Flik, Restaurant Associates, Wolfgang Puck, Morrison Healthcare, Morrison Community Living, Eurest, and Canteen)?
To apply for Team Member positions (hourly and early/mid-level management and professional positions) with Compass Group, applications/resumes must be submitted through our online process. Online applications accepted only.
Website/Login Information
External Applicants
- Go to www.altogethergreat.com/careers/
- You must log in to your account. If you do not have an account you can sign up for one using a valid e-mail address.
- If you forgot your password and need it reset, click on the "Forgot Password" link. You will be e-mailed instructions on how to reset it.
Internal Applicants
- Go to www.altogethergreat.com/careers
- You must log in to your account. Use your 8-digit personnel number for both your username and password (returning users enter previously set-up password).
- If you forgot your password, reset password via hiring manager (contact CNRC).
Steps to Apply
External Applicants
- Select "Job Opportunities" from the Careers tab at the top of the page.
- Click "Apply for Team Member Positions" under "Join Our Company".
- Search by using keywords and/or location.
- Once you've found a position you are interested in, click the job title and then click "Apply Now" in the top right of the screen. You will be prompted to log in to your account if not logged in already.
- Fill out the required fields on the pop-up window to create your profile, click “Next” to proceed to the application. If you already have a profile, you will be prompted to enter your password.
- Complete the application process and click "Submit" at the bottom of the page to submit your application.

Internal Applicants

- Click "Search Team Member Positions" under "Current Associates".
- Log in using your 8-digit personnel number for both username and password (returning users enter previously setup password). Select "Careers" from the drop-down at the top left corner of the page.
- Use the search function on the left of the page and search by keywords and/or location. Once you've found a position you are interested in, click the job title and the click "Apply" in the top right of the screen.
- Fill out the required fields to create your profile, click "Next" to proceed to the application. If you already have a profile, click "Next" to proceed to the application.
- Complete the application and click "Next" at the bottom of the page and proceed to submit your application.
