Job Summary


We are currently seeking a reputable Operation Financial Analyst for one of our multi-faceted Healthcare locations. The ideal candidate will share in our belief in the quality value of delivering superior hospitality to our premier clients.
The successful candidate should possess savvy business skills, be a highly motivated professional, with proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with various team members and clients. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

 

Responsibilities: 
•    Collect, prepare, analyze and report monthly results of operations for internal management & client reporting for Compass Group, North America.
•    Timely monthly financial close
•    Monitoring internal controls & risk associated with contractual obligations
•    Managing & Streamlining accounting functions and operations
•    Assist in providing other ad hoc reports and analyses at the request of management or Client
•    Overseeing in maintaining and updating department data files on a monthly basis for budget, forecast and prior year results to properly reflect business realignments.
•    Establish a good working relationship with company sectors. 
•    Assist in the coordination of the annual budgeting process & growth
•    Assist in the coordination of quarterly forecasts.
•    Maintain a complete understanding of company hierarchy.

Qualifications: 
•    Four year degree in accounting or Finance
•    3+ years accounting/finance experience for a Multifaceted/ large corporation.
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Strong Microsoft Excel/Access skills a plus.
•    Experience in a deadline driven environment.
•    Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Strong analytical skills.
•    Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks/priorities.
•    Professional demeanor and presentation.
