Job Summary

Canteen, a division of Compass Group North America, has a Regional Sales Director position available in the Boston, MA market. This position will focus exclusively on “new business” development as an individual contributor role.

•    Maintain and update territory database 
•    Develop territory strategy  and market segmentation to maximize sales 
•    Develop sales funnel by making sales calls with prospective customers
•    Identify problems customers are trying to solve 
•    Collaborate with Regional Vice President to achieve sales goals and KPI’s
