Job Summary
Mission:
A premium supervisor will be responsible for event and non-event oversight in premium; catering, team meals, clubs and suites. Person will be organized, friendly, and able to quickly adapt and make last-minute changes, provide direction to other team members, desire to learn best communication practices and is professional presentation and action. This position will require willingness to learn operating systems, organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Must foster the teamwork dynamic, professional, practical communication and organizational skills.
Position focus and priorities:
- Supervises and coordinates the activities of the department including training, coaching and service standards
- Establish rapport with guests, team members and partners
- Delivers on the expected guest experience
- Leads by example; delivers on promises
- Recognizes the need to effectively manage change
- Has drive to understand importance of business and operational efficiency
- Organized with the ability to learn to prioritize based on business
