Job Summary

 Work directly with Conference Services Manager and Coordinator to execute room set-ups and meeting logistics to ensure the best client experience for all meetings and events.

 Ensure all meeting and conference spaces are prepped and set at least 15 minutes prior to each meeting.

 Provide prompt and accurate resetting, refreshing, and turning of meeting rooms as necessary in the conference center.

 Assist with basic audio visual requirements in conference center spaces as needed.

Directly oversee all food and beverage requests in both the conference center and client offices, as approved by the Conference Center Manager.

 Coordinate and confirm accuracy of all food deliveries with Conference Center Manager &/or Conference Center Coordinator; Utilize EMS reporting to schedule and confirm deliveries and pick-ups.

 Assist clients with food and beverage requests as needed, setting up the appropriate items and being present to answer any food-related questions.

 Oversee pantry management throughout the campus which includes flyer posting, ordering and restocking supplies, brewing coffee, espresso/coffee machine management, vending management, maintenance and reporting.

 Assist with special events, both on-site and off-site campus.

 Ensure all equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) utilized for meetings are of the best repair while identifying and reporting issues to maintenance for any non-functioning items.

 Complete post-meeting room checks to collect any documents remaining after meetings; follow-up with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleared of trash and carpets are cleaned prior to the next day’s schedule.

Our ideal candidate will meet and/or exceed the following skills and qualifications:
 Able to lift 50 – 100 Lbs. comfortably and safely
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
 Highly punctual, responsible, and reliable
 Excellent customer service and organizational skills
 Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and juggle many tasks simultaneously
 Ability to work well independently and under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment
 Maintain a consistently professional approach, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility both within and outside one’s job domain
 Strong written and verbal communications skills
 Friendly, outgoing demeanor and enthusiasm for the role
 Discreet, ethical and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
 Ability to continuously perform essential job functions for duration of shift with or without reasonable accommodations
