Job Summary

The Client Solutions Program Manager is a client-facing role, responsible for managing all aspects of assigned client supply chain programs to ensure a successful execution of the tactics and strategy of their supply chain.  This role works directly with various functions within the client’s organization to deliver on both the client’s brand projects, as well as joint projects established to achieve both supply chain and brand goals.  The Client Solutions Program Manager reviews client spend portfolio for opportunities and works with procurement team to expand product spend and product cost reduction for assigned clients, while ensuring organizational capacity for achieving these outcomes is available.  This role must collaborate with other Client Solutions team members, purchasing personnel, finance and risk management, and distribution as appropriate, to ensure favorable client outcomes. 

Job Duties:

  • Understands and execute on supply chain strategy and goals created in collaboration between all stakeholders and clients
  • Publish and communicate client reporting documents including cost savings tracker, price change reports, project and promotion trackers to improve transparency and communication
  • Responsible for organization and execution of initial sourcing,  LTO rollouts, market tests and product transitions with clients and distribution
  • Communicates clearly with all parties regarding both projects and product transitions, including the client, suppliers, distributors, re-distributors, and other impacted stakeholders
  • Manages supply shortages and outages calmly and swiftly to effectively resolve the outage in the minimum amount of time required
  • Shares general and accurate information regarding the state of the current commodity markets and any other markets that heavily impact the client’s business
  • Direct and coordinate activities between functional groups including but not limited to manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, quality assurance, finance, technical support and clients
  • Communicate key client organizational and operational changes including distribution changes, new restaurant openings, rebranding and other special projects to cross-functional teams (internal and external) for proper execution


Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3 years Foodservice experience in Supply Chain and/or Restaurant Operations
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Outstanding influencing and negotiation skills required
  • Ability to perform well in a process and project driven organization, with high levels of accountability, empowerment and visibility
  • Excellent organizational skills, including attention to precise details and accuracy
  • Ability to represent the company to all levels of the organization, including executive level management
  • Data analysis capabilities must be solid and applicable to the supply chain industry  
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Up to 25% travel may be required
