Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares for upcoming visits, ensuring that catering orders are delivered on time, paying particular attention to presentation and flow of the catering.
  • Pre-register visitors for security access.
  • Work with the Business Operations team to prepare for any meeting specific logistical needs.
  • Perform day of event checklists to ensure that the client experience center is show ready, and ready for the day’s events.
  • Be prepared to support changes to the agenda and balance multiple simultaneous executive meetings at once, paying close attention to overlap of agenda times and use of common resources, such as café’s and immersive experiences.
  • Work with the Engagement Leaders, Catering, Facilities and Operations to manage on-the-fly agenda changes avoiding any conflicts with other events.
  • support events and assist with guest registration, guest access and logistics, and execution of the entire program.
  • The Center must be in a state of readiness for clients at all times. Perform walk-throughs of the space for cleanliness and setup.  
  • Be on-site prior to the start of any events and to be visible and accessible to visitors and hosts throughout the duration of the event

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a receptionist or concierge in a corporate or hotel environment
  • Should possess excellent customer service skills and feel comfortable interacting with internal and external C-level executives and high-level clients
  • Proactive, self-motivated, flexible, team player, client focused and able to operate effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Should possess excellent oral and written communications skills 
  • Should have basic computer skills and be able to operate various office machines
  • Ability to be punctual, dependable, and to follow through on the smallest of details
  • High school diploma plus some college with a college degree a plus
