Job Summary

This position will have a varying weekly schedule and hours.  The candidate will be a utilized resource at multiple client locations.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet & escort, POC, owner of requests (coordinates through WS team as needed)
  • Coffee & water
  • Catering recommendations & arrangements (through Workplace POC)
  • Office tour
  • Ground transport arrangements
  • Restaurant reservations
  • Hotel recommendations & arrangements
  • Entertainment/local attractions, tickets - recommendations & arrangements
  • Luggage assistance
  • Sending/receiving packages
  • Printing
  • Document assembly & distribution, binding
  • Office set up/preference checks
  • Basic research & information
  • Travel option research
  • Personal errands, e.g., dry cleaning, flowers, shopping/returns, coffee, lunch, gifts, et cetera
  • Other duties as required. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a receptionist or concierge in a corporate or hotel environment
  • Should possess excellent customer service skills and feel comfortable handling high-level clients
  • Should possess excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Should have basic computer skills and be able to operate various office machines
  • Ability to be punctual, dependable, and to follow through on the smallest of details
  • High school diploma plus some college required, with a college degree a plus
