Job Summary


Working as FOODWORKS Project Manager - Scout Lead, you will be responsible for managing FOODWORKS Scouts in sourcing, fostering relationships, and negotiating contracts with local restaurants. You will provide world-class customer service and management to our vendor partners, clients, and team. You are expected to ensure Owner satisfaction and overall success throughout the lifecycle of your projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible to scout/recruit local restaurants with the support of additional local scouts on the ground. 
  • Work with other corporate divisions on ways to leverage current restaurant relationships for FOODWORKS.
  • Complete contracts with restaurants.  Work with VP of sales on all new business leads from start to finish leading up to go live day.
  • Complete daily audits in FOODWORKS units. Manage logistics of restaurant onboarding.  Capture daily and weekly sales and QA documents to report back to Opps/Admin.
  • Budget and forecast future growth monthly to Director of FOODWORKS and Controller. 
  • Maintain QA standards across all FOODWORKS business. 
  • Recruit and develop relationships with local restaurants.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management or equivalent combination of training and work experience.
  • At least 5 years sales or business development experience.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively with others.
