Job Summary

Working as a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of food service operations in keeping with all corporate and brand standards. You will maximize profitability as well as guest and team member satisfaction. You will communicate with property owners and corporate offices, as required. You will ensure the development and execution of strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

    
Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for operation of the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent
  • Ensures that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality
  • Maintains excellent relationships with employees, guests and client as well as other departments within the operation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred
  • Two to four years fine dining restaurant and/or corporate dining management experience is required
  • Front of House management experience required
  • Comprehensive food and wine knowledge. Applicant should be well versed on food and wine pairings
  • Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
  • Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products
  • ServSafe Certified preferred
