Job Summary

Meeting and Events Agent

The meeting and events team will manage all EMS related duties facilitating the optimal use of conference space. The team will manage meeting and events; coordinating room configurations, food service, technology and any other needs to execute a successful meeting.

The Meeting and Events Team will also act as Guest Service Agents on the 31st Floor and will also be the first point of contact for all internal and external guests and functions as the representative or “face” of the Accenture Office. The Meeting and Events Team will be efficient, professional and deliver white glove service to all guests at all times. Service delivery may include but not limited to warmly greeting all arriving guests, providing a fond farewell, professionally answering all incoming calls,  promptly and accurately executing requests, providing local information or directions, providing transportation support when requested, maintains proficiency in the reservation tool and processes reservations, is knowledgeable of all VIPS’s, catering offerings and events of the day.
