Job Summary:

What You’ll Own:
• Full command of our culinary operations—inventory, ordering, receiving, and everything in between
• Utilize your P&L knowledge to support operational and financial excellence, with contract-managed service experience considered a significant asset.
• Crafting innovative, cost-smart menus and leading top-notch purchasing and inventory strategies
• Championing sustainability and elevating our use of fresh, local ingredients
What You Bring to the Table:
• Solid working knowledge of HACCP
• 3+ years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant environments
• Mastery of current food and catering trends—quality, presentation, sanitation, production, and cost control
• Experience in exposition-style cooking
• A strong understanding of P&L accountability
• ServSafe certification
