Job Summary
Lead the team that brings unforgettable events to life. As a Staffing Manager, you will oversee the recruitment, scheduling, and coordination of hourly team members to ensure every event is staffed with the right people at the right time. You will support operational leaders by building strong staffing pipelines, coordinating training and onboarding, and ensuring team members are prepared to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role will partner closely with venue leadership to anticipate staffing needs and maintain a high-performing workforce.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR coordination, or workforce management

Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or workforce scheduling software
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Knowledge of employment and hiring compliance practices
-
Experience coordinating large hourly workforces in hospitality, sports, or entertainment environments preferred
Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment initiatives to source hourly event staff across departments

Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and onboarding processes for new team members

Maintain staffing schedules and collaborate with operational leaders to forecast labor needs

Track staffing levels and identify gaps to ensure proper event coverage

Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation

Partner with HR and operations leadership to support training and workforce readiness

Monitor staffing metrics and report hiring progress and workforce trends

Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and applicable labor regulations
