Job Summary

Restaurant Associates is seeking a Director of Dining Services to oversee café, catering and barista bar operations within a fast-paced, hospitality-driven CoStar environment in Rosslyn. In this role, you’ll lead daily operations, support a team of associates, and help create a welcoming, high-quality dining experience for guests and clients.
 
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, shaping service culture, enhancing culinary programs, and building strong client relationships in a dynamic corporate dining setting.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with clients, guests, and internal teams
  • Lead, develop, and support team members to foster an inclusive, service-focused culture
  • Partner closely with culinary leadership to design menus and deliver consistently high-quality offerings
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across café and barista services
  • Support the rollout of new culinary initiatives and hospitality programs
  • Monitor service standards, food quality, and guest experience, driving continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting or leading foodservice or hospitality operations, ideally in a high-volume environment
  • Familiarity with budgeting, financial oversight, and operational planning
  • Exposure to catering, café, or multi-service dining programs
  • A collaborative leadership approach with a focus on team development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Interest in innovation, hospitality trends, and continuous learning
  • Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is welcomed but not required
